Bruno Vanzan and the IOVEM Brand Identity

In 2019, the bartender and WFA (World Flair Association) world vice-champion Bruno Vanzan launched IOVEM: a fresh and innovative liqueur that has revolutionized the way cocktails are enjoyed.

IOVEM traces its origins back more than 9,000 years, when the ancient Chinese first created an alcoholic beverage by fermenting honey. Honey is in fact the base of the liqueur, together with grapes, ginger, lemon, spices, and a sixth secret ingredient that Bruno has not yet revealed.

To promote a new way of drinking, a new way of communicating is needed: this is when Bruno turned to Propaganda for the creation of IOVEM’s brand identity, the purple nectar made for mixing.

Packaging sleeve

IOVEM is an absolute novelty in the Beverage world, winner of the “Alcoholic Product of the Year” at the Barawards by Bargiornale. For this reason, Propaganda focused on the creation of a coordinated image that would stand out from the competition thanks to a strong identity and recognizable packaging.

The bottle was created with a special sleeve, designed ad hoc for this product, capable of preventing humidity from damaging the white color used as the background.

A dynamic and… purple website!

Il IOVEM website opens with a large purple background on which the bottle stands boldly at the center, surrounded by the freshness of its ingredients and electrified by Zeus’s lightning bolts. The image interacts with the user’s mouse, moving with the cursor and immediately increasing the site’s level of User Engagement.

Hero drinks

On the background plays the video we created for the launch of IOVEM, while thanks to the photo shooting a gallery comes to life, revealing Bruno inside his laboratories.

Scrolling further down, one after another appear some of the creations that made Bruno Vanzan famous: his cocktails. Five “Hero Drinks”, crafted by Bruno using IOVEM, complete with recipes and video tutorials.

Here is the THUNDER TONIC, a purple reinterpretation of the classic G&T.

Cocktails for Socializing

From the photo shoots featuring the packaging, we created the content used to fill the social media feeds with purple.

A neon light play that energizes and adds a dynamic spark to IOVEM’s social profiles.
