Making women protagonists of corporate success
WOMx is a cultural initiative dedicated to women’s empowerment in corporate contexts. Its core mission is to highlight and promote the female role in entrepreneurship, showing how empowerment is essential to organizational success.
The initiative is rooted in the belief that empowering women leads to greater gender equality and has a positive impact on business performance. It also recognizes empowerment’s value in fostering personal development within organizations, attracting and retaining talent, and building a united community around a shared mission.
WOMx Brand Identity: Strength, Inclusion, and Growth
Propaganda3—through the work of its Graphix Unit—developed WOMx’s brand identity, reflecting the values of women’s empowerment: strength, inclusion, and growth.
The logo was designed to evoke a sense of unity and community, using fuchsia paired with black and a modern typeface. This identity provided a solid foundation for all project communications.
WOMx event: a visual experience to inspire change
For the event held on 4 May 2023 at the Centro Pastorale Paolo VI in Brescia, organized by WOMx, Propaganda designed highly visual, effective roll-ups and posters to capture attention and raise awareness of the initiative.
Consistent use of the brand identity helped strengthen recognition of the WOMx brand and position it as a benchmark event on women’s empowerment.
Giving women a voice
Because the event was new and relatively unknown, WOMx sought effective channels to convey its message. Our Digital Unit created a tailored, engaging social media strategy, focusing primarily on Instagram and Facebook.
Content highlighted the event’s speakers and key information about the initiative, with the goal of sparking curiosity and encouraging attendance. Targeted awareness campaigns helped attract a broad and diverse audience.
WOMx website: exploring the power of empowerment
The WOMx website was developed in line with the new visual identity, consistent with the values previously defined. User experience was optimized for smooth, intuitive browsing.
Content was carefully curated to provide comprehensive information about the event. The site was made interactive with an event registration form and social sharing features.
In this way, WOMx was able to spread its message clearly and effectively, engaging the public and promoting women’s empowerment in the corporate world.
